Always felt like I wasn't meeting my full potential. When I was looking to help my middle daughter, I came across the ADHD definition... I was in shock. Could this be me?! Has at least one close family member accused you of being lazy when you know you aren't? Has a co worker or class mate hollered "squirrel" at you and laughed... Have you ever had a list of things to do and wonder in circles? Hobby Jump? Get so locked in to something you loose track of time or what going on around you? 

ADHD has shaped my life in profound ways. From the everyday grind to the lost mojo for something that has been on my calendar for months. I aim to share my experiences to inspire or at minimum validate others facing similar challenges.
